Dabble ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver our services:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number (if provided), and business name, submitted when you request a service.
- Project information — property addresses, scope notes, photos, and any documents you share to complete your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic usage data — anonymized site analytics such as page views, browser type, and referrer, used to improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Prepare and deliver the services you request
- Invoice and process payments via Stripe
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Send occasional service-related updates (such as delivery confirmations)
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Ever.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate:
- Stripe — for payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Email providers — for sending invoices and correspondence.
- Aerial imagery providers — for preparing measurement reports. These providers do not receive your contact information.
Data Retention
We retain project records and delivered reports for up to seven (7) years for accounting, legal, and customer support purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing us — subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing peter@gotdabble.com.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
