Refund & Dispute Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their report. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to raise a dispute.
Cancellation
Because reports are prepared on demand, cancellation is only possible before work has begun on your order. To cancel, email peter@gotdabble.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If work has not started, we will cancel with no charge. Once a report is in production, it may not be canceled.
Refunds
If you believe a delivered report contains material errors — such as incorrect measurements, wrong property, or missing line items you specifically requested — contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at peter@gotdabble.com with the report and a description of the issue.
We will review every request and, depending on the situation, offer one of the following:
- Free correction — we'll revise and redeliver the report at no charge.
- Partial refund — if only a portion of the work is affected.
- Full refund — if the report cannot be corrected or was fundamentally not what was ordered.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
What Is Not Refundable
Refunds are not available for:
- Differences between report measurements and field-verified measurements within typical industry tolerance
- Changes in project scope after the report was delivered
- Reports delivered accurately based on the information and scope you provided at the time of order
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge or service, please contact us first at peter@gotdabble.com. We respond within one business day and are committed to resolving issues directly. Opening a chargeback before contacting us limits our ability to help and may result in suspension of future service.
