Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Dabble ("we," "us," or "our"), including roofing measurement reports, Xactimate estimates, and material takeoffs ("Services"). By requesting or purchasing Services from Dabble, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dabble provides roofing-related estimating services including but not limited to measurement reports, line-item Xactimate estimates, and material takeoffs. All reports are prepared using aerial imagery, provided documentation, and industry-standard methods. Reports are intended as estimates to aid in bidding, supplementing, and project planning.

2. Ordering and Delivery

Service requests are submitted via email. Most standard reports are delivered within one (1) business day of order confirmation. Complex jobs, properties with limited aerial imagery, or supplement work may require additional time. We will notify you in advance if delivery will exceed 24 hours.

3. Payment

Invoices are issued via Stripe upon delivery of the completed report unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due upon receipt. Late payments may incur a fee or pause future service until resolved. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

4. Accuracy and Use of Reports

Reports are prepared to the best of our ability using available imagery and information provided by the customer. While we strive for accuracy, Dabble does not guarantee that measurements will match field-verified dimensions in every instance. You are responsible for verifying measurements prior to material purchase or contract execution. Dabble is not liable for material overages, shortages, or bid discrepancies resulting from reliance on our reports.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered report for your business purposes, including submission to insurance carriers, suppliers, and property owners. Dabble retains all underlying methods, templates, and tooling.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dabble's total liability arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific report in question. Dabble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation

Because reports are prepared on demand, cancellation is only available before work has begun. Once a report is in production, it may not be canceled. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
